Cites Explained
The Cites certificate is a special certificate which must accompany exported goods made from exotic reptile skin until their terminal arrival at the destination country. Imprinted upon this certificate are declarations such as the scientific name of the reptile and the pursuant license’s name. It is obligatory to issue it otherwise it is impossible to export goods procured from exotic reptiles. This certificate is made out in the name of the buyer, and on it is indicated the provenance and the origin of the skin in question. It is a further guarantee of the high level, quality and sustainability of our goods. This also allows for swift, articulate packing and shipping of goods, ensuring efficient delivery.
Note: Stingray (Dasyatis Bleekeri) and Hardwick’s Sea Snake (Lapemis Hardwickii) are neither threatened nor endangered species, (they are not listed on C.I.T.E.S) and commercial activities regarding products made of these animals are free of limitations.
